I need someone to help me return my product. It is not working properly. I bought two, one does not work at all. It is stuck on radio and navigation buttons do not light up. Please Help! Rating: 1 / 5
The product takes too long to recognize that you’ve pressed a button touch command, which spells trouble handling it. For even when you click it, you think you have not done and takes you to try again. It is not as intuitive as it might be the Ipod. Poor quality headphones. The loading speed is quite slow. This is very bright (easily smudgeable) great player – good value for money. I would have given 5 stars but for one important omission – not the music resumes where it left off when power is turned back on. Even after setting the automatic play option, which plays from the beginning of the track played last – a major, no, not me. Rating: 3 / 5
The Coby is great, but the headphones are terrible. They are metal and hurt your ears. Rating: 4 / 5
